Beast Crew Represent!

Hello world!
My name is Elizabeth, also known as Elizabeast, and I'm going to get this blog rolling while my friend, Caitlin (or Quadlin, because her quads are BEAST), has her own adventure in Colorado.

I'm not going to go into too much detail without my partner in crime. Let me just give you a little preview of what's to come and why we feel we're rad enough to have a blog:

Caitlin is a bad ass, sponsored snowboarder hailing from New Mexico...



She's so awesome, she's now the Neuro rep...



(She was also born into a Yankees family, but no one is perfect.)



As for me, I'm a former Marine (OOHRAH!) from New Hampshire...



An avid music freak...



And I'm a trained killer.



Caitlin and I work together at THE BEST New Mexican restaurant in all the land: La Salita. I started lifting weights and decided to compete in a figure competition. I didn't have to twist her beastly arm too hard to get her on board, too.






And yeah, we flex even when we're fancy.




We both have beastly boyfriends who not only support us, they join in on the fun.




This blog is going to rock. We're going to post workouts, training results, recipes for beastly consumption, along with stories from our adventures.
