Arm Day!

Ello, ladies and gents! It's a quarter till five on this fabulous Thursday afternoon and it is HOT, HOT, HOT!!! Work was busy today and now I'm just hanging inside with my Lucy until it's time to hit el gym.



Speaking of the gym, Caitlin and I beasted out some arms the other day. The way that I prefer to do arms is by alternating biceps and triceps. So if we start with bicep curls, we'll do tricep dips next. Then a bi, then a tri. Since we're really trying to bulk up, we're going heavy enough to only do eight to ten...with the help of a spotter. RULE: If you can do 12, you're going too light.

Here's me doing some jackhammers. 110 lbs. Because I can.

We haven't really recorded any of our workouts so I'm not going to post what we did. Because I don't know. But I will leave you with an adventure video.
